Our Policies

Leo Operations operates on a premium, partnership-based model. The following policies are in place to ensure clarity, efficiency, and a high standard of execution across all client engagements.

By engaging with Leo Operations, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

All services are structured as monthly partnerships.

• Minimum commitment: 3 months
• Engagements begin upon signed agreement and initial payment
• After the initial term, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed

Leo Operations reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with its service model.

• All services are billed monthly, in advance
• Payment is required to secure and maintain your slot
• Late payments may result in paused services or rescheduling

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (ACH / wire)
• Credit / debit card (via Stripe or invoicing platform)

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Each package includes a defined scope of:

• Creative direction
• Graphic design
• Photography and/or videography
• Content production and delivery

Any requests outside the agreed scope may:

• Be declined, or
• Require an additional fee

Leo Operations maintains full discretion over creative execution to ensure quality and consistency.

• Shoot days are scheduled in advance and coordinated with the client
• Delays caused by the client (late arrival, unprepared environment, etc.) may reduce usable production time
• Additional shoot days beyond package limits are billed separately

Weather, location access, and external conditions may impact production timelines.

• Each package includes a limited number of revisions
• Revisions apply to minor adjustments, not full reworks
• Major changes, direction shifts, or additional edits beyond scope may incur additional fees

Content is delivered based on a structured monthly schedule.

• Standard turnaround applies to Essential packages
• Priority turnaround is reserved for higher-tier packages

Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and volume.

All packages include travel within a 100-mile radius of Nashville, TN.

Projects outside this range are billed per shooting day:

• Regional travel (driving distance): starting at $1,000 per shooting day
• Air travel (2-person crew): starting at $3,500 per shooting day

Final rates may increase based on destination, including major markets such as Los Angeles, New York, or Miami.

Travel fees cover logistics, time, and production movement.

All paid media, advertising spend, and third-party platform costs are not included in Leo Operations' service fees.

This includes:

• Social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• CTV placements (Hulu, Roku, YouTube TV, etc.)
• Influencer or platform distribution fees

Clients are responsible for funding all media spend directly.

Leo Operations may provide ad management as an additional service.

To ensure smooth execution, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely communication and approvals
• Ensuring access to locations, talent, and resources
• Supplying necessary brand assets (if applicable)
• Being prepared for scheduled shoot days

Delays caused by lack of client readiness may impact delivery timelines.

Leo Operations retains creative direction over all deliverables to maintain quality and brand alignment.

Client input is considered; however, final execution decisions are made in the best interest of the project.

• Shoot rescheduling requires advance notice
• Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of scheduled production time
• Repeated rescheduling may impact availability and delivery timelines

Leo Operations operates during standard business hours.

• Response times are typically within 24–48 hours
• Priority communication is reserved for higher-tier clients

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive rights to use delivered content for business and marketing purposes

Leo Operations retains the right to:

• Use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

Raw files and unused content are not included unless otherwise agreed.

Leo Operations is not liable for:

• External platform performance (social media algorithms, ad performance, etc.)
• Indirect business outcomes (sales, conversions, etc.)

Services are provided based on creative expertise and execution.

Either party may terminate the agreement after the initial 3-month term with written notice.

No refunds are issued for work already completed or in progress.
